Today I am starting atkins completely real.Last week was adjusting, now I am on the real thing. Wish me luck-actually-stregth.But I dont think I ll need it, I did it once before, and never gained back, and was exemplary about it.
Now there we go....off to buy low carb stuff

Take some before and after pics, blondie. You know, for scientific purposes. No clothes, they may dim the results...

And don't go overboard with dieting. It would be a shame to melt them boobs, right?

Con, what do you say to the f'ed up surroundings that are reffered to as "Serbia"? I'm sure you caught glimpses of it in occasional moments your vision wasn't impaired by this very femme thing that had this nice texture and smell and stuff...

Well Mortis I can report I caught a few glimpses of Serbia (I should say Belgrade as Dev will not let me near a village in case I see the real Serbia lol).I saw a bit of it this time as we went to the shops and the bar lol.
My thoughts are that I am very impressed with the friendliness of the people even when I went into the local shop dressed as a soldier lol.
Also I really like the food and beer and how attractive the women are (one in particular of course ).
On my last visit (Oct 06) I was shown a lot of Belgrade and I was suprised how nice it is with the rivers and parks etc.
All in all very nice place to visit and suprisingly warm when I visited - much warmer than England.
So you can gather from this that I will be back once I have my degree finished. I hope to meet up with you the next time .
