Pa dobro de, operisala je čukljeve, nisu joj radili otvorenu operaciju srca...

Inače, kao i svake godine, ovo osvaja Jelena, u ženskoj i muškoj konkurenciji, ženskom dublu, muškom dublu, a bogami i u miksu. Totalno će da izdominira. Ukoliko spletom nepredviđenih okolnosti to ne bude Jelena (što je teško verovatno), kod muškaraca Novak, kod žena Shriek Demon ili Guzana.

Rafael Nadal will miss Australian Open as virus hits injury recovery

Rafael Nadal has withdrawn from next month's Australian Open because his recovery from a persistent knee injury has been hampered by a stomach virus.
Former world number one Nadal, 26, has suffered from tendonitis in his left knee since losing in the second round of Wimbledon in June.

The injury forced the Spaniard, who has won 11 Grand Slam events, to withdraw from both London 2012 and the US Open.
He also pulled out of an exhibition tournament in Abu Dhabi on 27 December.
"My knee is much better and the rehabilitation process has gone well, as predicted by the doctors, but this virus didn't allow me to practise this past week," Nadal said in a statement.
"Therefore I am sorry to announce that I will not play in Doha and the Australian Open, as we had initially scheduled."
Nadal, who won the Australian Open in 2009, also withdrew from this year's ATP World Tour Finals in London.
The world number four had announced on Tuesday on his Facebook page that he had been advised to rest while he recovers from a fever caused by the stomach infection.
Nadal said it was a difficult decision to pull out of his third consecutive Grand Slam through injury.
"You need your body to be at its best for the Australian Open," he told the Australian Open website. "It was a difficult decision and I am extremely disappointed to be missing such a great event."
The left-hander now hopes to return at the Abierto Mexicano Telcel event in Acapulco which starts on 25 February.
"It hurts to have to wait another 12 months before I get another chance [but] in the meantime, the focus is now on desperately trying to get back on the tour," he said.
Australian Open tournament director Craig Tiley said: "It is completely understandable and we really feel disappointed for him."

BRISBANE, Australia - Serena Williams moved through to the final of the Brisbane International on Friday night, though it probably wasn't the way she wanted it to happen, as Victoria Azarenka had to pull out from their semifinal match at the Premier-level tournament due to a right toe injury.

Azarenka had been struggling with a right toe ailment for a while. "It's a right toe infection - it's been there for about 10 days and it's been getting worse a little bit," the World No.1 told reporters. "I had to take action on it, which I did yesterday - it was a minor surgery, I had to take something out of my toe. And unfortunately I didn't have enough time to recover to be able to play the semifinals today."

With the Australian Open coming up, Azarenka didn't want to take any chances. "I had to make sure I could be fully recovered and ready for the Australian Open. It's a compromise I kind of had to take. But it's very unfortunate timing, because I was really excited to play today. But then again I'm also quite happy I had two matches in already, which was kind of the point of coming here, to get some matches.

"The doctor had told me I wouldn't be able to play for three, four days, but today I saw him in the morning and he said it was actually much better than he thought - he expected a much worse outcome.

"So maybe two days and I can start slowly."

Williams talked about the walkover. "I like Vika. I think she's a great player. I love playing her. It sucks," she said. "I had that toe problem just a couple of weeks ago and it's painful - God, it's so painful. Doesn't sound painful, but it is. You can't walk with that. I hope she gets better fast.

"I'm definitely doing enough to prepare and be ready. I feel like even though I didn't play a match tonight I played some really good matches here. It's just like a regular tournament for me. It's going to be fine."

By virtue of the walkover over the No.1-seeded Azarenka, the No.3-seeded Williams moves through to the final, where she will face the winner of the other semifinal that pitted Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova against lucky loser Lesia Tsurenko.

Williams goes into the final with some staggering numbers - not only does she lead all active players with 46 WTA titles (Venus Williams is next with 44 WTA titles), but she has also gone 51-2 since the start of last April, the only losses during that eight month span coming in the first round of the French Open (to Virginie Razzano) and in the quarterfinals of Cincinnati (to Angelique Kerber).

BRISBANE, Australia - From her serve to her groundstrokes and net play to court coverage, Serena Williams was on another level in the final of the Brisbane International on Saturday night, dominating Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in the final of the Premier-level event, 62 61.

Things looked like they'd be closer early on in the match, as both players held their first two service games comfortably en route to 2-all; but the No.3-seeded Williams cracked the match open with a run of seven straight games to build a 62 30 lead, and she barely looked back. She finished the 51-minute encounter with an angled backhand crosscourt winner.

In her acceptance speech, Williams spoke of her camaraderie with Pavlyuchenkova, as the two both practiced in Mauritius as part of the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy off-season training.

"We were both in Mauritius working so hard and I think we're both meant to do well in a couple of weeks," Williams said, before turning to Pavlyuchenkova. "I couldn't play a better person on or off of the court - it was an honor to play against you today Anastasia."

Pavlyuchenkova echoed the sentiment. "Congratulations Serena - amazing match," she said. "I always feel like I don't know how to play tennis when I play against you! But I think it's cool we had a final together here in Brisbane after our preparation in the off-season."

Williams collected her 47th WTA title, the most among active players and 10th-most all-time. She extended her winning streak to 16 matches and has now won 52 of her last 54 matches, her only losses since the start of last April coming in the first round of the French Open (to Virginie Razzano) and in the quarterfinals of Cincinnati (to Angelique Kerber).

Pavlyuchenkova had taken out a pair of seeds earlier in the week - No.6 seed Petra Kvitova and No.4 seed Kerber - and was playing in her first Premier-level final. She is now 3-2 in her career in WTA finals, the other four finals all coming at International-level events.

Jelena pobedila Tamiru. Zanimljivo mi to kako se nekako stalno izvlače isti parovi igračica... Npr Jelena je Već par puta igrala protiv Bojane, ali mislim da Bojana nikad nije igrala protiv Ane. Ili jeste?
