ne bih se slozio da je spot los. tehnicki, imala je bolje, ali energija koja se vidi na spotu je sjajna. ona, obucena kao nomad, ciganka, vecito na putu, i osmesi u publici... ne treba nista vise... lajkujem.. jako

MADONNA has persuaded three appeal judges to allow her to adopt Malawian orphan MERCY JAMES, The Sun can reveal.
Two have already submitted reports recommending it go ahead and the third is said to be "in complete unison with them".

Madonna, 50, whose two-year application to adopt the three-year-old was blocked by a court in March, has been told the news by her lawyer Alan Chinula.

The ruling is set to be announced next Sunday at Malawi's Supreme Court of Appeal.

A source there said yesterday: "The paperwork is being typed up now.

"All recommendations are in favour of the adoption taking place. Mercy should start packing her bags. She's off to America."

A close friend of Madonna said: "She's ecstatic.

"She made a promise that she wouldn't give up on Mercy and, believe me, she could move mountains when she's this determined."

Madonna's adoption application was originally rejected because she had not lived in the east African state for 18 months, as required.

But one of the three appeal judges has said that rule was out of date.

The pal added: "No stone has been left unturned to prove that ruling was wrong."

Mum-of-three Madonna has longed to adopt a sister for her adopted Malawian son DAVID BANDA, three.

Court Rules That Madonna May Adopt Malawi Girl

Update | 8:22 a.m. The highest court in Malawi ruled that Madonna may adopt a 3-year-old girl there, overturning a decision by a lower court that said the pop star had not lived in the African nation long enough, The Associated Press reported.

Chief Justice Lovemore Munlo of Malawi’s Supreme Court of Appeal read the three-judge panel’s ruling on Friday, saying that Madonna’s work with disadvantaged children and her creation of a charity, Raising Malawi, for Malawi children with AIDS, had contributed to its decision to allow the singer to adopt the girl, Chifundo “Mercy” James.

In April, Malawi’s High Court denied Madonna’s adoption request, saying that she had not lived in Malawi for the last 18 months, as the nation’s adoption law requires. In a ruling at that time, Judge Esme Chombo wrote, “By removing the very safeguard that is supposed to protect our children, the courts by their pronouncements could actually facilitate trafficking of children by some unscrupulous individuals.”

Malawi’s courts waived a similar rule in allowing Madonna’s adoption of a boy, David Banda, now 3, whose adoption was finalized in 2008.

Alan Chinula, a lawyer for Madonna, told The A.P. he had informed her about the ruling.

“It’s the wee hours of morning in New York but she is excited at the news,” Mr. Chinula said, according to The A.P. “As her lawyer I am happy that this has settled this contentious issue.”

Kako nezvanično saznajemo, na nastavku turneje Sticky and Sweet, pesmu Hung up zameniće nova dance verzija pesme Frozen. Za mnoge fanove ovo je odlična vest s obzirom na to da rok verzija pesme Hung up nije prošla baš najbolje.

Televizija SKY1 je kupila prava na emitovanje Madonnine turneje Sticky&Sweet - Live from Argentina!
Show će biti prikazan 4. jula tekuće godine, na dan otvaranja drugog dela turneje u Londonu, zajedno sa 15-ominutnim scenama iza kulisa turneje.

"Novi GH je posvećen fanovima. Pesme na kompilaciji neće biti obavezno veliki komercijalni hitovi, već i neki favoriti fanova. Komercijala je ono čemu su služili The Immaculate Collection i GHV2. Ovo će biti mnogo više. Mirwais, Orbit i par drugih saradnika (kao i neki novi) su takođe uključeni. Datum izdavanja je trenutno septembar, nova pesma na leto. Ništa više od detalja trenutno nije poznato."

"Singl izdanje ovog leta je još uvek u planu, ali na drugačiji način. Na sreću, samo je to izdavanje nove pesme pomereno, a ne i izdavanje najvećih hitova i Sticky & Sweet DVD paketa. Pesma nažalost neće imati spot, i neće se pojaviti na kompilaciji, najverovatnije će biti dostupna isključivo online, kao 'Hey You'. Ovo je urađeno zbog toga što sve dok Madonna ne izda tu kompilaciju, Warner ima zaradu od njenih singlova, koliko god ih izdala. Nakon što kompilacija bude izdata, Live Nation preuzima kontrolu. Zaista mislim da će od sada cilj biti 'dati fanovima najviše moguće'. Trebalo bi da imamo više informacija nakon što turneja počne, kao i datume izdavanja, ali ono što je sigurno je da ćemo uskoro imati i vrlo dugu pauzu od muzike i turneja... "
