In a world where talking heads spew off on 24-hour news channels and celebrities post around-the-clock twitter updates, musicians have now found a nonstop media outlet to call their own: 24-hour online radio. Artist personal experience radio (a.p.e.) is a new company recently created by Clear Channel Radio and Front Line Management to allow music artists to produce their own online radio shows. These new 24-hour shows will start in July of this year and feature songs chosen by the artists, interviews and commentary. So far, the Eagles, Weezer, and Christina Aguilera have signed on to host their own online radio shows. (Source: Billboard.com)
