Vec neko vreme imam problem s njom, stomak mi je postao osetljiv, a nekad sam mogao vagone da varim!
Ima li neki recept za stisavanje pozara u zelucu a da nije prokleti ranisan, a ni neka nadri 'bacanje kamena obmotanog kudeljom s ramena u Moravu' varijanta!?
Sta izbegavati, na sta obratiti paznju, kako srediti ishranu?

Da nemash mozhda chir na zheludcu? U tom sluchaju postoji prepisana ishrana.. Ne mogu da se setim tachno shta stvara kiselinu u stomaku.. Znam da meni hocje da proradi kiselina od belog luka..

Jesi probao sodu bikarbonu? Ona je meni vishe pomogla nego ranisan.

A odatle je ovaj koristan deo:


* First of all, try to eat small frequent meals instead of 3 big meals a day. Small amount of food each time would exert less workload on the stomach and therefore requires less acid secretion for digestion. Make sure to include foods that are high in complex carbohydrates in each meal. These foods, such as rice, breads and pasta, are able to tie up excess stomach acid and are often easy on the stomach.
* Avoid high-fat meals such as those from the fast food chains. High fat foods will remain in the stomach longer in which more acid is secreted to digest them.
* But remember, don't overeat! Eating too much of any foods will stimulate the stomach to secret more acids for digestion.
* Avoid or limit alcohol, chocolate, foods containing caffeine such as coffee and tea
* Maintain upright position during and at least 45 mins after eating
* Try elevating the head of bed 6 - 8 inches when lying down.


Ko ima probleme sa težinom, može i da smrša :) Da smanji intraabdominalni pritisak.

Razmisli sta si jeo u zadnje vreme, i da li se pojavilo nesto novo na jelovniku od prilike u isto vreme sa gorusicom. Ja sam provalio da od kecapa dobijem gorusicu, i prestao sam skroz da ga koristim.

gelusil lac ... koristi samo kad moraš i kada gorušica ne planira da popusti ... ja sam ranije imao problema sa tim, sada je hvala bogu sve ok :D
