So, hit it. What's your favorite English word, and why?
Personally, I fancy the word "extravaganza"... As it sounds so awesome! Sounds Extravagant

Ok, this has nothing to do with the topic but it's related to English.
This happened when I was a freshman. We had a colloquium from our contemporary English course and among other tasks we had to complete the idioms. The idiom in question was
One swallow ____________ (correct answer is "doesn't make a summer").
My friend didn't know the mentioned idiom, she just went with the literal meaning and wrote One swallow, one drink.
